How to start Project? What data we collect from you?

We start your project after getting all requirements. We have deadlines to finish project. If client delayed to providing information about his organization/company then project deadline will increase as per delayed. We need such data like (About Us, Images, Logo, Terms & Conditions, Privacy policies etc.).

How to Pay?

We have pricing and plans of our services. After choosing plan you have to pay 50% Advance amount. If amount less then 10K you have to pay full payment in advance. If client delayed grater then 1 week then client has to pay 14% extra amount as a delayed payment charges. We accepting payment through Cash, UPI, Net Banking, RTGS, NEFT etc.

Copy rights & data privacy

We are not sharing clients data to anyone. and we do not have any copy rights of your project. You have to pay the price and get copyrights from the third party company. We will inform you about that Incase you caught in copyrights claim then we are not responsible for that.

Data Lost & Backup

If you are paying for maintenance charges then our team creating backup on monthly wise. we are not responsible any data loosing from servers. We are using Digital ocean, Globe hosts servers.

Errors and Solutions

After publish project if client facing issue or any error in project then client has to submit ticket from online portal then our team will assign to solve it. There is phone call support to assist but you have to submit ticket if you not doing it our team will not working on it.

Project payments are divided into two parts. 50% Advance and 50% When the project is live. We collect payments through UPI, Cards and pay later. These rules only apply on the Landing page, Static, and dynamic plans.

First We understand the customer requirements and suggest things for the website, After Completing this process. We Collect data like ( Basic Content, Contact Details, Logo etc. )

If you choose above mentioned plan then we use ( Python, Django, HTML, CSS, JS, and third-party libraries.)

There is only one way to get your money back. If a customer cancels their project then we will charge the work cost an hourly rate depending on what service they purchased. And then rest of the service amount we will refund.

If you are paying for maintenance charges then our team creates a backup monthly wise. we are not responsible for any data loss from servers. We are using Digital Ocean, Globe hosts, and AWS servers.

Post Errors and changes on the mail. Do not post on WhatsApp etc. The fixing time duration will be the next 24 hrs. If we would be stuck in a tight schedule then it will be the next 72 hrs. Do attach brief descriptions, screenshots, and recordings of errors.
