1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Scope of Services

We provide custom mobile app development, websites, YOLO/vision AI pipelines, and business software (CRM/ERP).

• Each project scope, deliverables, and timeframe are finalized mutually before development kicks off.
• Work is delivered in transparent weekly milestones with working demos.

3. Source Code Ownership

Upon complete payment of project fees, 100% source-code ownership and project deliverables are handed over to the client without recurring royalty traps or vendor lock-ins, unless agreed otherwise in a SaaS subscription model.

4. Payment & Milestone Terms

Payments are structured against verified project milestones. Invoices and tax receipts are issued upon each milestone completion.

5. Ongoing Support & Maintenance

We provide post-launch support and training for your staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Extended maintenance agreements are available on mutually agreed terms.
